GKP scoring is CASUAL CLoPT by the Friendship Coffee Movement - Gerakan Kopi Persahabatan (GKP).
CLoPT (Coffee Lovers Preference Taste) is a method for assessing the taste of processed coffee initiated by Mr. Jamil Musanif.
CASUAL CLoPT can be done by anyone by paying attention to the assessment parameters and it is free of charge.

GKP scoring is used with the hope that coffee that gets a high score through this method will be coffee that is truly appreciated by coffee lovers in general, which in turn will provide prosperity to roasters and of course coffee farmers who have struggled to maintain coffee plants and carry out the best processes. for the coffee.
In simple terms, coffee that gets a high mark is definitely liked by most coffee drinkers.

There are 9 parameters that are assessed, and the assessment is based on whether the assessor likes or dislikes the taste of the coffee according to these parameters.

The assessment for parameters 1-8 is::
4 - liked it very much
3 - liked it
2 - didn't really like it
1 - disliked it very much

Assessment of the ninth parameter regarding strange taste:
0 no negative strange taste
-1 there is a weak strange taste, can be tolerated
-2 there is a strange taste, but it is still tolerable
-4 there is an intolerable strange taste

The final value is the sum of all parameter value after multiplying it by the assessment weight.
